End-User IT Outsourcing Services

DIR intends to contract to provide End-User IT Outsourcing Services. DIR is not soliciting End-User IT Outsourcing Services for the agency. DIR establishes statewide master contracts for use by DIR eligible customers under the Cooperative Procurement program.This is a subsequent procurement of DIR-CPO-TMP-442. Potential Respondents should note that requirements and response instructions may not be identical. This solicitation will be for services only. Vendors are required to go to the Electronic State Business Daily (ESBD) to view and download the solicitation and response documents. A link to the ESBD posting is below. Please see the RFO posting on the ESBD for registration details for the pre-solicitation conference and for the Vendor Question Submission process and deadline. Questions submitted by the deadline will be answered in an Addenda to the RFO. Vendors will not receive individual emailed responses to RFO related questions.Contact with DIR staff other than the DIR designated point of contact listed belowis not permitted.
