Engineering On Call Services - Professional Engineering On Call Services (Request for Qualifications)

The City of Yuma intends to establish a pre-qualified list of Consultants to provide nonexclusive professional consulting services on an as-needed basis in support of various City Departments and projects. The Consultant will provide general engineering professional services on an on-call basis. All tasks will be conducted on a work order basis. The scope includes Surveying, Geotechnical Investigations and Pavement Design Memorandums, Hydrological & Hydraulic Studies and Drainage Design, Roadway Design, Bridge Structural Design, Traffic Engineering, Electrical and Mechanical Engineering and Design, Design of roadway projects may include City water and wastewater infrastructure, Street Lighting Design, Landscape Architecture and Irrigation Designs, Signing and Pavement Marking Design, Environmental Studies and Clearances, Right-of-Way Services and Clearances, Pre-Bid and Post Design Services, Construction Management, Site Civil Design, Miscellaneous Engineering Services. Sealed Statements of Qualifications will be received through the City's Procurement Portal https://yumaaz.bonfirehub.com. All communication concerning this solicitation must be directed to the Procurement Division. All questions must be submitted via the Portal. Questions must be received through the Procurement Portal by 11:00 AM October 23, 2025. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement.
