Description

TTU seeks to secure temporary off-campus, short-term apartments to meet current student housing needs. These apartments will serve as a short -to medium-term solution to ensure that students continue to have reliable housing options that support their academic success, well-being, and engagement with the campus community. TTU is soliciting proposals from qualified off-campus apartment providers to partner with TTU to offer student-appropriate accommodations that align with institutional standards and policies for safety, accessibility, proximity, and quality. TTU intends for these off-campus apartments to function as an extension of its housing ecosystem during this period of growth and transition, ensuring continuity of the residential experience
