City of New Carrollton Public Works Mechanic Shop New HVAC System Project

To furnish and install new heating and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in the mechanic shop. The city seeks energy-efficient, reliable, and cost-effective HVAC solutions that will provide year-round comfort for dpw personnel and ensure a safe working environment. The mechanic shop are a critical part of the city s public works operations, used daily for vehicle and equipment maintenance. The existing HVAC systems are outdated and no longer adequate. The city intends to replace and upgrade to modern HVAC equipment with improved heating and cooling capacity, better energy efficiency, and enhanced indoor air quality. All interested quoters wishing to take part in the meeting via teleconference shall call 240-313-2330 prior to the meeting to receive instructions. All interested quoters are requested to take part in the conference/teleconference. Participation in this meeting is not mandatory, but it is strongly encouraged.
