Description
The Hawaii Department of Human Services (DHS) is soliciting proposals (RFP DHS-2509-DIR) to further develop and implement a Statewide Network of Family Resource Centers (FRCs). The primary purpose of this initiative is to strengthen and expand the existing network of FRCs across the state of Hawaii. The scope encompasses providing comprehensive, community-based support services to families.
Key requirements likely include, but are not limited to: demonstrated experience in developing and managing family resource centers; the ability to provide a range of services such as parenting education, family support, information and referral, and early childhood development programs; a strong understanding of the needs of diverse families in Hawaii; and the capacity to collaborate effectively with other community organizations and state agencies.
