Description

This multifaceted project includes installation of temporary shoring to support first floor slab and concrete repairs to the existing slab along with masonry, electrical, plumbing and piping insulation work in the basement area. Project also includes repairs and painting of the existing fire escape. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. Question due 9/3/2025 by 12:00 PM EST. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement. The period of performance for this contract begins on or about 10/3/2025 and ends on or about 4/30/2026.
