To retain the services of a fixed based operator (FBO) for the airport. General services anticipated to be provided by the FBO include, but are not limited to, regular on-site presence and availability, hospitality towards all visitors, ground/tie-down, repairs, maintenance, fueling, mowing, snow plowing, and flight school.
This solicitation has some or all Federal and Local funding, additional requirements may apply.
