Description

Stadium athletic facility operator. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. Questions deadline 02/02/26 by 4:00 PM. All questions must be in writing and electronically submitted to the Procurement Department at procurement@nolapublicschools.com no later than 4:00 P.M. on Monday, February 2, 2026. No addendum will be issued no later than Friday, February 6, 2026, except an addendum withdrawing the qualifications response or postponing the opening of the qualifications. It is the responsibility of each Proposer, prior to submitting the qualifications response, to determine if addenda were issued and if so, acknowledge the addendum on the applicable form.

The scope includes absence management, scheduling, time & labor, and related automations to improve productivity, redual review, and support effective allocation of resources.
