Construction of the new building and the associated site work. There are separate projects under way for the primary parking lot and the in-water work. This solicitation has some or all Federal funding, additional requirements may apply. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement. Deadline for bidder questions shall be Friday, September 12, 2025, at 5:00 PM. DBE goal 3%
