Compacting and Non-Compacting Trash and Recycling Receptacles (RFP)

Provide compacting and non-compacting recycling and trash receptacles that meet a variety of operational, environmental, and aesthetic needs. Receptacle offerings may include standalone units or multi-bin kiosks, and may be provided through purchase, lease, or rental arrangements. Products should be suitable for indoor or outdoor use and incorporate features based on project requirements and feasibility. Receptacle features may include, but are not limited to disposal interfaces hopper or open disposal interfaces; support for waste, single-stream recycling, and compost access and operation hands-free foot pedals, soft-open chutes locking mechanisms, and ada- compliant designs. See attached file. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. The initial term of this cooperative contract will be for one (1) year with the potential of four (4) one-year extensions. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement.
