Ad dates:  9/30 and 10/7 – Walla Walla Union BulletinNOTICE OF INVITATION TO BID: Columbia County Health (CCHS/Dayton) is soliciting sealed proposals for Clinic Addition and Remodel.  Bids are to be sealed and filed on or before11am, Tuesday, October 21at the DGH Admin Conference Room, 1012 S. 3rd Street, Dayton, WA 99328 at which time they will be opened and publicly read aloud.  Each bid shall be accompanied by bid proposal security in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, postal money order, or surety bond made payable to CCHS, for a sum not less than five percent of the amount of the bid, and no bid shall be considered unless accompanied by such bid proposal security.   The bid is inclusive of all applicable state-mandated terms and conditions for such work including prevailing wage.  CCHS reserves the right to reject any and all bids in their best interest.  Small, Minority- and Women-owned firms are encouraged to submit bids.  CCHS is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer.Complete bid documents are available to licensed contractors by contacting the Architect:    Blue Room Architecture & Design, PS, (john@brdstudio.com).A mandatory site walk is scheduled for 11am, Tuesday, October 14.
