Heat of Rejection Equipment Replacement for GWC & SMS

The Indian River School District (IRD) of Delaware is soliciting proposals (RFP # IRD25036-HVAC) for the Heat of Rejection Equipment Replacement for GWC (Georgetown Wellness Center) & SMS (Sussex Middle School). The scope of this project encompasses the complete replacement of existing heat rejection equipment at both the GWC and SMS locations. This includes, but is not limited to, the removal of old equipment, the installation of new specified equipment, and all associated electrical, plumbing, and structural modifications necessary for a fully functional system.
