248th Ave Lift Station

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids for construction of the 248th Ave Lift Station will be received at the City of Enumclaw Public Works Department at 1309 Myrtle Avenue, Enumclaw, Washington 98022 until the date and time noted above. Bids will be opened, read, and tabulated immediately following. Bids received after the time fixed for opening will not be considered. Bids must be submitted only in the form provided in the Contract Documents and must be accompanied by a certified check or bond, payable to the City of Enumclaw of not less than 5% of the total bid.A performance and one year maintenance guaranty in an amount of 100% of construction cost will be required of the successful bidder. The City expressly reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive minor informalities. The contract shall be awarded to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder.The scope of work includes the construction of a new lift station with a 12-foot diameter wet well with submersible pumps and associated valve vault and meter vault. The project also includes a new control building, and site and surface restoration. The demolition of three existing lift stations is also included in the scope of this project.Free-of-charge access to project bid documents (plans, specifications, addenda, and Bidders List) is provided to Prime Bidders, Subcontractors, and Vendors by going towww.bxwa.comand clicking on "Posted Projects", "Public Works", and "City of Enumclaw". Bidders must “Register” in order to receive automatic e-mail notification of future addenda and to place themselves on the “Self-Registered Bidders List". Bidders that do not register will not be automatically notified of addenda.
