The Town of Argyle (“Town”) announces a REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (“RFP”) for Post Disaster Consulting Services as specified in the attached pages, until Monday, December 22, 2025, at 2:00 PM CST. Proposals will be accepted in digital format only. Please useTHIS LINKto submit your proposal. Late submissions will not be accepted. The deadline for all questions is Monday, December 15, 2025 at 5:00 PM CST. All questions must be issued in writing toFor security reasons, you must enable JavaScript to view this E-mail address.and include the RFP number in the subject. Questions will not be answered over the phone. An addendum with a response to questions will be posted by Wednesday, December 17, 2025, at 5:00 PM CST. The Town reserves the option to elect to host interviews for the top candidates if necessary. Please ensure your firm will be able to have a representative present for in-person interviews on either Monday, January 5, 2026, or Tuesday, January 6, 2026. Candidates will be notified by Wednesday, December 31, 2025, if the Town intends to interview.
