Bird Dog Recreational Facility Complex INODIC GA-0013727

The project will consist of the construction of two new buildings along with related site improvements. The existing 4.5acres site is mostly undeveloped with two dilapidated structures to be demolished. The first new building will be an approx 4,400 SF multipurpose facility featuring a kitchen, office space, restrooms, and a large room for indoor learning and activities. The second building will be an approx 7,700 SF gymnasium with a multipurpose court including basketball (full court and four half courts), volleyball, and pickleball. Exterior improvements will include parking areas, stormwater detention and treatment facilities, utilities, site clearing and grading, playground equipment and an outdoor stage with an elevated viewing area.
