Description

Provide qualified furniture, decorations, and party rental contractors to support a growing number of community engagement events held throughout the city. Plastic folding chairs (up to 300); 6' and 8' rectangular tables (up to 150); 10' x 10' and 10' x 20' canopies (up to 50); balloons (bouquets, arches, custom displays); ice chests; linens (up to 150), preferably in city of long beach approved colors (bixby blue and bayshore blue, or closest matches); weights/sandbags suitable for outdoor event stability in varying weather conditions. Q&A deadline is on 10/28/25; 11:00 AM. This contract will be for a period of two years with the option to renew for three additional one-year periods. This solicitation has some or all State funding, additional requirements may apply.
