Customer is not required to return defective data storage parts that are replaced under a Support Agreement. 2 EA of Premium (24x7) Support for C4600-SFP-4. 2 EA of Premium (24x7) Support with HDD Non-Return for C4300-SFP-4. Customer is not required to return defective data storage parts that are replaced under a Support Agreement. See attached file.
