Description

Provide qualified vendors to plan, coordinate, and execute fanfest activities in conjunction with the sec baseball tournament, held annually at the hoover met complex. Fanfest is a family- friendly event designed to enhance the tournament experience by offering interactive attractions, food and beverage options, entertainment, and sponsor engagement opportunities. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. Please direct all inquiries regarding this Request for Proposal , by email at bids@hooveralabama.gov no later than 5:00 pm CT on Friday, January 30, 2026. The initial term of this Agreement shall be limited to services associated with the 2026 SEC Baseball Tournament, to be held May 17-24, 2026.

The scope includes absence management, scheduling, time & labor, and related automations to improve productivity, redual review, and support effective allocation of resources.
