CH2604HOT-IN-PLACE RECYCLE, HMA, & INCIDENTALSBIDS CLOSE FEB 5, 2026 @ 1PMNOTICE TO CONTRACTORSSealed bids will be received until 1:00 p.m. on February 5, 2026 by the Cass County Highway Department at the Highway Department in West Fargo, North Dakota for Hot-In-Place Recycle, HMA, & Incidentals on Cass County Highway 26 from State Highway 18 to Interstate Highway 29 in Cass County, North Dakota.  Bids to be opened electronically immediately following the hour set for receiving bids at the Cass County Highway Department, 1201 Main Ave West, West Fargo, North Dakota.  Major Items of Work Include:Hot-In-Place Recycl.Superpave FAA 43160,847 SY22,389 TONPlans and proposals may be viewed atBidexpress.comfree of charge.  Only electronic bids will be accepted for this bid letting. Electronic bids must be completed through Bidexpress.com. North Dakota contractor’s license number must be supplied in the electronic bid.  A bidders bond in the amount of 5% of the amount bid, made payable to Cass County shall accompany each bid. Paper bid bonds must be submitted by 1 pm to the Cass County Highway Department office the day of the bid letting.  Certified or Cashier’s checks will not be accepted.  No bid will be read or considered which does not comply with the bond requirements.  Contractors may be required to submit information detailing their ability to perform the work specific to this project.  Cass County may determine the prequalification status of each contractor requesting a proposal, and reserves the right to deny bid documents to any contractor based on the County's responsibility determination.  The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities.  All bidders must be qualified to bid under the laws of North Dakota.  By order of the Cass County Board of Commissioners of Cass County, North Dakota.Kyle LitchyCass County Engineer(Publish Jan 21 and Jan 28, 2026)
