Exterior Repainting of Wheat Ridge Recreation Center (RFP)

Work includes painting of roof-mounted screen walls that conceal cellular phone equipment; prepare, repair, and repaint all designated exterior stucco surfaces and roof screen walls in accordance with the specifications below. All work shall be completed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards and manufacturer recommendations; clean all stucco surfaces to remove dirt, mildew, chalking, loose paint, and other contaminants that may affect adhesion; scrape, sand, or power wash (as appropriate) to achieve a sound, clean surface suitable for painting; repair minor stucco cracks and damaged areas with compatible patching materials approved for exterior stucco applications.
