REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS By theCity of Homer, Alaska for Design and Construction of the Homer Harbor’s System 4 Float Replacement Addendum #1 Issued 10/02/25 The City of Homer, Alaska is seeking proposals from qualified firms for  design and installation of new and replacement timber moorage float systems including steel piling, potable water, fire suppression, power and lighting systems, and other appurtenances as described in detail in the proposal documents to replace System 4 in the Homer Harbor. To give all proposers involved the opportunity for questions/answers with City Staff and to ensure all information is open and conciseanoptional Pre-Proposal meeting via Zoom will be held on Friday, October 3, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. (AKDT)in the Conference Room at the Harbormaster’s Office. A Zoom meeting invitation will be sent to all qualified entities listed on the Plan Holder’s List by the City Clerk’s Office the day before the meeting.
