Bonin Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings

The scope of work shall include engineering, procurement, and construction of the bop electrical building/control room, warehouse/maintenance shop, administration building, and mechanical equipment room. Includes architectural and structural support steel, masonry and above-grade concrete, buildings' plumbing and piping, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), buildings electrical systems, lighting systems, and data systems and shall include all labor, equipment, materials, handling, permitting, and testing. Questions relative to the bidding documents, specifications, bidding process (e.g., technical questions, paperwork requirements, licenses) shall be directed in writing to Morgan Broussard by email at mcbroussard@lafayettela.gov.
