Installation of mechanical equipment, piping, ductwork, and controls. Mechanical equipment to include new make up air units, fan coil units, convectors, pumps, and heat exchangers. Architectural and structural modifications to support mechanical work. Electrical work associated with new mechanical equipment. Fire protection and fire alarm system modifications are associated with new mechanical work.
