Design and Construction in Support of Community Development Block Grant - Disaster Recovery (DCBG-DR) Single Family Homeowner Reconstruction Program

The Maui Director of Finance, State of Hawaii, is soliciting proposals under RFP 25-26/P-57 for design and construction services to support the Community Development Block Grant - Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) Single Family Homeowner Reconstruction Program. The primary purpose of this RFP is to secure qualified firms to provide design and construction services for the reconstruction of single-family homes damaged by disaster, funded through the CDBG-DR program. The scope encompasses all aspects of residential reconstruction, from initial design and permitting through to final construction and closeout.
