Description

Seeking qualified contractors to provide on-call plumbing maintenance services at facilities throughout the county. Perform preventative maintenance, diagnostic troubleshooting, repair, and emergency response for plumbing systems. Services will include repair and replacement of piping, fixtures, and equipment; drain cleaning by cable and hydro-jet methods; sewer line camera inspections with digital reporting; backflow prevention testing and certification; leak detection; water heater and sump pump maintenance; and 24/7 emergency plumbing response. Provide detailed service reports, photographic documentation, and warranty support for all work performed. Q&A deadline is on 10/23/25, 2:00 PM.
