Spinas Park Restroom Building

The City of Redwood City is solicitating bids for theSpinas Park Restroom Building. The project generally comprises of the relocation of an existing restroom building at Hoover Park to the nearby Spinas Park, with demolition of the existing restroom building at Spinas Park. The work includes, but is not limited to, the demolition of existing restroom building, concrete, and utilities. Contractor shall complete proposed earthwork and grading operations, the installation of relocated building from Hoover Park, new foundation, utilities, concrete work, and furnishings. Restroom relocation work is to be completed in conjunction with a larger renovation project at Hoover Park. Contract Documents fully describe the Work.
