Description

The Hawaii Public Housing Authority (HPHA), a division of the Department of Human Services (DHS), is soliciting proposals under RFQ-FMO-31-2025 for comprehensive banking services. The purpose of this Request for Quotation (RFQ) is to establish a contract with a qualified financial institution to provide a full range of banking services to the HPHA.
