Request for Proposals: Hearing Examiners

The City of East Palo Alto is seeking the services of qualified Hearing Examiners required by the City’s 1988 Rent Stabilization and Eviction for Good Cause Ordinance and the 2010 Rent Stabilization and Just Cause for Eviction Ordinance. The Hearing Examiner selected will enter an on-call contract which is not to exceed $27,000 and is to provide immediate assistance in addressing filed petitions. Interested parties should submit a proposalincluding a singular1hourly ratefor providing services listed on pages 2-3. Minimum Qualifications: The proposal shall demonstrate that the attorney meets the following minimum qualifications: References: Provide at least three references.
