Description
College street improvements consist of rehabilitating an existing 55" X 73" elliptical culvert with an interior cementitious liner and extending an existing 6'x4' concrete box culvert beneath College Street. Construction also includes installation of two junction boxes for storm sewer access. Dogwood Street improvements consist of constructing a 1.2-acre wet-detention stormwater management facility, including installation of 48" culverts, drainage inlets and manholes, end treatments, riprap, and outfall structures. The project also includes reconstruction and resurfacing of the existing asphalt roadway, curb and gutter replacement, and pavement markings. Additional site improvements include sidewalks, landscaping, irrigation, pond fountain, and other hardscape features.
