Project Management System Software

The University of Texas at Austin (The University) Planning Design and Construction (PDC) requests information from companies regarding capital planning and construction project management system software, for use by Owner’s Representatives in a Higher Education setting.This RFI is issued for the purpose of gatheringinformation which will be used to develop a Request for Proposal (RFP). The University will not provide compensation to any respondent to thisRFI for any expenses incurred by respondent for response preparation.Respondent submits its response at its own risk and expense. All responses tothis RFI and any supporting documentation will become the property ofUniversity.University considersall information, documentation and other materials requested to be submitted inresponse to this RFI, to be of a non-confidential and/or non-proprietary natureand, therefore, may be subject to public disclosure under the Texas Public Information Act (TexasGovernment Code, Chapter 552.001, et seq.). Respondents are hereby notifiedthat University strictly adheres to all statutes, court decisions and opinionsof the Texas Attorney General with respect to disclosure of public information
