Citywide Pedestrian Improvement Project (RFP)

Provision of engineering firm to provide professional civil and traffic engineering services. The work under this contract will be for the design of improvements to the traffic signal hardware and systems related to pedestrians to improve pedestrian access and safety based on an approved highway safety improvement program (HSIP) cycle 12 project. Project will upgrade the traffic signal controllers and software at 22 traffic signals and implement leading pedestrian intervals. Q&A deadline is on 10/22/25, 3:00 PM. Term of contract will be for 2 years.
