BPL Central Library Retail Tenant (RFP)

BPL central library retail tenant. The Library seeks innovative proposals from potential partners that will complement its mission. To be considered viable, proposals must assist the BPL in improving the accessibility, visibility, and functionality of current operations for the benefit of library patrons. Proposed services must be compatible with the Library’s mission and must not disrupt library operations. Proposers should note that the Boylston St. Building design provides open access to multiple floors of library services, therefore the retail space operations should be cognizant of not negatively impacting patrons ability to use these services, for example (but not limited to) with audible activities. Retail space is approx. 4,500 GSF, including storage area and public restrooms. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply.
