Work consists of grinding deteriorated sections of asphalt concrete, paving with new asphalt concrete, application of cape seal, micro-surfacing type iii, adjustment of existing manhole/utility covers to final grade, replacement of loop detectors and replacing traffic pavement markings and striping.
