Description
Seeking a qualified consultant team to conduct energy assessments and audits for City-owned facilities and building sites. This work will be funded through the U.S. Department of Energy’s Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant (EECBG) program. Due to budget constraints, it is anticipated that the selected consultant will be able to complete no more than 25–30 energy assessments for City-owned facilities. Facilities for assessment will be drawn from the approved list of funded and unfunded City of Capital Improvement Program (CIP) projects for FY25–27.
This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. Questions Due January 22, by 2:00 PM.
