Sealed lump sum bids will be received by the Owner at Waukee School Administration Building, 560 SE University Avenue until1:00PM, Central Time, on FEBRUARY 3, 2026. Sealed lump sum bids will be opened and publicly read at the Waukee School Administration Building, 560 SE University Avenue at 1:00PM, Central Time, on February 3, 2026 or at such later time and place as may then be fixed. Lump Sum Bids will be considered by the Owner at a public meeting to be held at Waukee School Administration Building, 560 SE University Avenue at 6:00PM, Central Time, on February 9, 2026. Bidding documents may be examined at the Engineer’s office, and copies of the bidding documents obtained at: Beeline and Blue, 2507 Ingersoll Avenue, Des Moines, IA 50312. Phone: 515-244-1611. Copies will be made available upon receipt of a refundable check or cash in the amount of $50.
