Description

The scope of work consists of removing three relocatable classroom buildings, modernizing one permanent structure along with eight modular and five relocatable buildings, replacing two existing play surfaces and equipment, and constructing three new shade structures, two fabric and one metal. The project also includes associated site and accessibility improvements, utility connections, and interior and exterior upgrades necessary to deliver fully modernized and code-compliant facilities. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. DVBE goal 3%.
