Description

Procure two (2) units of 25 kW (peak) pulsed RF solid-state (LDMOS/GaN-based) High Power Amplifiers (HPAs) One (1) unit operating at approximately 125 MHz; One (1) unit operating at approximately 500 MH. THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION. IT IS POSSIBLE THAT THIS PROJECT WILL NOT BID. PLEASE CHECK THE OUTSIDE LINK FOR FURTHER UPDATES ON THIS SOLICITATION.
