Description

Work includes two restrooms, two offices, common area, meeting room, mechanical room, kitchen, and bunker gear storage room. Site work includes clearing and grubbing, earthwork, retention pond, reinforced concrete pavement with driveway, fencing and sodding and underground utility construction. This solicitation has some or all Federal funding, additional requirements may apply.This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement.
