This RFQ is to solicit qualifications from law firms or individual attorneys interested in providing conflict public defender services on a contractual basis. The Conflict Public Defender will provide legal representation for indigent defendants charged with misdemeanor or gross misdemeanor crimes in the City of Kirkland Municipal Court.The complete RFQ, including all submittal requirements, can be found on the City of Kirkland’s website atwww.kirklandwa.gov.
