Mexico School District #59 (hereafter referred to as “District”)  is accepting bids for classroom furniture at Mexico Middle School. Sealed bids must be received by 1:00 PM October 14, 2025 to the address below. Bids will be publicly read aloud at this time. Mexico School District #59 Attn: Kaity Baker “MMS Classroom Furniture” 2101 Lakeview Road Mexico, MO 65265 Bid Specs – MMS Classroom Furniture The district will give preference to Missouri businesses, or businesses that maintain Missouri offices, when the quality of performance promised is equal to and the price quoted is the same as other providers. The District has the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to accept the bid which is in the best interest of the school district. Any bid may be withdrawn prior to the scheduled time for the opening of bids. All bids received become part of the District’s files.
