The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to lease ADA-09650 (Lot 3A, Block 700), consisting of approximately 21,000 square feet at Dillingham Airport for five (5) years. Applicant: Jacques Smith. Annual rent: $4,557.00 and any other associated fees. Authorized uses: Private aircraft storage after construction of a hangar.Competing applications or written comments must be received by 4:30 p.m., December 5, 2025, after which the Department will determine whether or not to execute the lease.
