3373 / 2537 - LCSD2 Transportation Facility Upgrades

Remove and replace existing roof system and areas of damaged insulation with vapor barrier; remove and replace radiant heaters, electric heaters, and make up air unit; install new supplemental cooling; install new building automation system; install new sand/oil separator; remove and replace fuel pumps; remove and replace 2 post hoist; remove and replace existing sprinkler heads; - any other work identified within the contract documents not noted above. A pre-bid conference will be held at the project site on February 25th beginning at 2:30 PM Attendees shall meet at 596 Warrior Way, Afton, WY 83110. The conference will be mandatory for all General Contractors wishing to have their bid considered for the work. Primary sub-contractors such as MEP and Roofing are encouraged to attend the pre-bid conference. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply.
