Child Support Attorney Services

This Request for Proposal (RFP) announces the intent of the County of Mendocino to seek professional attorney services for family support-related matters.The purpose of the RFP is to solicit a part time attorney to provide professional legal services for the establishment, modification, and enforcement of child support orders.Vendors must submit two (2) copies of their proposal:  one (1) complete paper copy with original Vendor signature, and one (1) electronic copy in pdf format by email.   The proposal must be formatted in accordance with the instructions of this RFP.  Promotional materials may be attached but are not necessary and will not be considered as meeting any of the requirements of this RFP.  Proposals must be enclosed in a sealed envelope or package, clearly marked “Mendocino County RFP No. 009-26”, and delivered by 2:00 p.m. March 9, 2026 to:Mendocino CountyCHILD SUPPORT SERVICESAttn:  Robin Heller, DirectorPO BOX 970Ukiah, CA  95482Late or facsimile proposals will not be accepted.  It is the proposer’s responsibility to assure that its proposal is delivered and received at the location specified herein, on or before the date and hour set.Proposals received after the date and time specified will not be considered.Note:  The unauthorized use of the County’s official logo is strictly prohibited.Please seeRFP 009-26, Child Support Attorney Servicesfor more information.
