FHFA Vision Insurance

The contractor shall have all the necessary measures in place to support the full implementation of a vision care program as of the day following the expiration of FHFA’s current vision care contract, which is March 31, 2025. The contractor shall agree, at a minimum, to provide the following services for the FHFA vision care program a. Administrative and Enrollment Service Requirements Administer a vision program that is mutually agreed upon by the FHFA and the contractor through the execution of the contract. Make available an internet web site in support of the FHFA’s vision benefits program. Design, produce and distribute to the FHFA, subject to the approval of the COR, ID cards or service cards and program brochures or pamphlets based on the plan document agreed to by the FHFA and contractor at the time of contract award, and all other required forms/documents necessary to administer the program.
