Schertz-Cibolo-UniversalCity Independent School District (SCUC ISD) is soliciting Requests forQualifications (RFQ) from experienced legal professionals and firms to provide services across a range of specialized practice areas, including but notlimited to:Administrative & Governance Human Resources & Employment LawParent & Student Legal Matters Special Education & Section 504 Purchasing, Contracts, and Real Estate Bond Counsel ServicesSCUC ISD intends to establish a pool of pre-qualified legal providers to be engaged on an “as-needed” basis. Multiple contracts may be awarded based on demonstrated expertise in one or more of the listed areas. Please note that inclusion in the pool does not guarantee any specific volume of work or compensation.Respondents may submit qualifications for one or more areas of practice or sub-specialties (e.g., ADA,FMLA). Familiarity with Texas law, school law, federal law, and the court systems for both Bexar and Guadalupe counties is essential and will be a key factor in the selection process. Respondents must clearly identify the specific areas of practice for which they are submitting qualifications
