Professional Sound System with Stage & Video Wall for City Events

The City of Greenacres is soliciting Requests for Quotations (RFQ) for a professional sound system with stage and video wall for city events (RFQ #510019 / RFQ-RFQ26-001/CRS-0-2026/RW). The project aims to acquire and potentially install, maintain, and repair sound equipment including microphones, speakers, and recording equipment to enhance the audio-visual experience at city-sponsored events. The scope of work includes providing equipment related to sound systems (components, accessories, public address systems), stages, video walls and associated equipment. Key requirements encompass the provision of items classified under NIGP codes including but not limited to: sound effects equipment, stages (theatre, all types), amplifiers and preamplifiers, measuring instruments for sound level, radio and telecommunications testing equipment, and sound systems. The RFQ is being conducted electronically, with responses due by October 16, 2025, at 3:00 PM.
