Chitimacha School - HVAC & Reroof Replacement

Work includes HVAC/roof project consists of a full roof replacement including a new modified bitumen membrane (PVC at select areas), tapered insulation, and miscellaneous flashing/waterproofing (existing pitched metal roofing to remain). Exterior waterproofing enhancements to the shell/facade of the main building is also included. All mechanical units and select mechanical ducts are being replaced. Interior framing/ceilings/finishes will have to be removed and replaced where needed to accommodate mechanical system work. RFI/Subst. Request Deadline 02/28/26 at 3:00 PM. Bids shall be accepted only from contractors who are licensed by the Louisiana State Licensing Board for Contractors for the classification of Building Construction. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement.
