Hummingbird Circle Phase 2 - Water and Sewer Replacement (RFP)

Work includes plug and abandon approximately 950 L.F. of water main with flow fill. Replace approximately 980 L.F. of 4" cip water main to 8" c900 water main. Replace approximately 100 L.F. of 4' cip water main to 6" c900 water main. Replace one 4-foot-diameter sanitary sewer manhole and rehabilitate three 4-foot-diameter sanitary sewer manholes. Construction includes valves, manholes, air relief vaults, water and sewer service connections, curb valves, and cleanouts. Roadway work consists of concrete curbs, gutters, pans, sidewalks, storm sewers, inlets, and other associated items. Revegetation with native seed and topsoil. Q&A deadline is on 01/13/26, 1:00 PM.
