The City of Ridgefield is seeking qualifications from highly qualified firms to develop multiple professional videos to promote the State of the City message for the City of Ridgefield.The consultant will be expected to create six-eight (6-8), 60-120 second (one-two minute) videos that are professional, polished and engaging and reinforce the messages of the State of the City address and capture and produce an event recap video for the event on March 17, 2026. These will showcase City projects, initiatives, infrastructure and partnerships.• Videos will be used both during the presentation and for standalone distribution on city social media and website.• Utilize the City’s brand to have a look and feel that is consistent with our website and other communications.• Video creation work will include:o Pre-planningo Capturing footage/B-rollo Interviewso Audio and Lightingo Editingo Graphics and Titleso Open Captionso City staff review and revisions• Video files delivered in suitable format for event presentation and social media distribution.• Ask for raw footage provided to City on project completion.The 2026 State of the City address will be announced and showcased on Tuesday, March 17, 2026. Event deliverables shall be completed by March 16, 2026. Incomplete or late inquiries may not be considered.Proposers will have the option of submitting their packets online via the City’s e-Procurement Portal hosted by OpenGov Procurement, by hand delivery, or United States Postal Service.If choosing to submit online, electronic submittals must be received by the City through the City’s e-Procurement Portal located athttps://procurement.opengov.com/portal/ridgefieldwano later than 4:00 PM (Pacific Time) Thursday, February 12, 2026. This is the preferred method. Submittals received after the specified time will not be accepted. The City’s e-Procurement Portal Clock is the official clock for the determination of all deadline dates and times. Without exception, responses will not be accepted after the submittal deadline regardless of any technical difficulties such as poor internet connections. The city strongly recommends completing your response well ahead of the deadline. Submittals received by fax or E-mail will not be accepted.If the electronic submittal process is not an option, the City will also accept hand-delivered or mailed submittals that shall be placed in a sealed envelope that clearly states the name of the proposer, the date of the submittal opening, and the title “State of the City.” Hand-delivered submittals shall be delivered to Ridgefield Administrative and Civic Center (RACC) building, 510 Pioneer Street, Suite B, Ridgefield, Washington 98642.
