Spalding County is seeking a contractor to resurface the Tyus Park walking track with rubber mulch for safety and usability

Description

Work includes to grade for and install a 9' wide bonded rubber mulch walking track that extends approximately 1350' in length; removal of the top layer of rubber, leaving the asphalt layer as the base for the new rubber; base preparation and repairs as needed; see attached file. Q&A deadline March 13, 2026, 3 PM. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply.
